Shipping Policy
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service availability, typically ranging from 4–10 business days. Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹5,000. Shipping charges may apply to orders below ₹5,000.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders. For COD orders, customers are required to pay 10% of the total order value in advance as a booking amount. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery. Urjasvala Health Care reserves the right to approve, reject, or limit COD services based on order value, location, or order history.
Refund Policy
Refund requests may be considered only in cases where the customer receives an incorrect product, a damaged product, or where an order fulfillment error has occurred on our part. Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs or videos. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are not applicable for used products, customer preference changes, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. For COD orders, the advance booking amount may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after order processing has begun. Urjasvala Health Care reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspicious activity, or incomplete customer information.
